This Privacy Policy explains how Janeway & Wildman Limited ("JWLTD", "we", "us") handles information on the JWLTD Apps website (jwltd.app and its subdomains). It does not cover the desktop, mobile or Roku applications listed on this site, which may have their own separate privacy policies.

The Contact Form

If you choose to use the contact form on our Support page, we receive and store the name, email address and message you provide, together with your IP address, your country (resolved from your IP address using an offline lookup table hosted on our own server; this never involves contacting any external service), your browser's user agent string, and the time of submission. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to protect the form from spam and abuse, such as rate-limiting repeated submissions. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. The form also includes automated anti-spam checks, including a hidden field real visitors never fill in and a short verification question, so that submitting it may briefly process additional technical signals (such as timing) for the same spam-prevention purpose.

Third-Party Resources

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the cdnjs content delivery network (Cloudflare). When your browser requests these files, it connects directly to Google's or Cloudflare's servers, which may log your IP address under their own privacy policies. We do not control this data flow and recommend reviewing Google's and Cloudflare's privacy policies for details.

Links to Other Websites

Our apps pages link to external download sites and repositories, such as individual app websites and GitHub. These external sites are not operated by us, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Please review the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
